The quality of this product is superior to any other that I’ve tried. I’m a vegetarian and use this to supplement and I’m missing out on by not eating real meat. You might not even use as many pills as Recommended and it might carry you a little longer. Wonderful product. I’ve already seen the benefit with my strength training.

This is a high quality creatine supplement with good ingredients. The price is too high compared to the powder form. I take 3-4 capsules a day with food. The capsule size is not too big. It doesn't have a taste or smell. The amount of capsules is enough for 4 months. The bottle is very big. I won't buy it again unless the price is much cheaper.
