I was Inspired by this on youtube: "The Strongest Neurotransmitter in the World is NOT Dopamine or Serotonin - Dr. Scott Sherr MD" by Thomas DeLauer. I use it at night now (anabolic). Studies show it helps keep a healthy gut after mental or physical stress (raised cortisol). Better digestion now if I stray from my simple diet when socializing. I take it a few times during the week at night.
