This is a nice big tub of CM. It's very powdery so can tend to get here and there but as long as you're careful that's no big deal. It mixes easily and hasn't shown any real signs of clumping which are obviously the two biggest concerns. Never have any GI problems taking creatine and the continues to be the case with this one. Recommended!

I like big sizes the quality seems to be really good. as those have tasted quite tasteless. I found it great for my fitness helps with my workouts and my diet. overall it's really good for your body. And you need that little bit of extra supplement for endurance.
