I’ve been looking for some bulk white peppercorns and didn’t realize that I could get them from iHerb. What a nice surprise for me. These have a wonderful taste and aroma and I much prefer the white variety which still performs the same function as black pepper in relation to partnering with turmeric. These grind easily too.

Black pepper is something I use almost every day, so this time instead of buying a small glass bottle, I chose the big bag, and it turned out to be a great choice. It smells amazing and tastes very fresh, with excellent quality. The size is perfect for frequent use. Good quality black peppers. Buy it bulk to fill up our grinders and have freshly cracked black pepper on hand. The taste is very fragrant. Single great quality ingredients.

I grind my own pepper. I especially love white pepper in white sauces. Sometimes I grind white, black, green, and red peppercorns together. That goes well on steaks.
Not tried yet, I like this Brand and I hope it doesn’t contain twigs and tiny stones.
The size is great for the price and the taste is good. You can feel is fresh and properly kept in a airtight container last long.

The quality of this white paper is good. Many spices have heavy metals so the organic gives me peace of. 16 0z can less me awhile so I keep it in refrigerator.
