Add this to you daily routine. It is a powerful antioxidant and great for your skin. I use it on my lips as well, just punture a capsule and apply you will see a differnce in a few weeks.
The size is on a bigger side. Dosage is ok and have no side effects.
I take this to be sure and not get deficient. I take the E with the D-3, K-2, A, and omega 3 supp’s. As far as I can tell, it is potent and works good.
When I take 2_500mg (1000mg) of Magnesium Glycinate about 1.5hrs before bedtime & 1_450mg Nature's Truth Vitamin E right before bed & I sleep more soundly than I do if I do not take them. Also, when I get up to use the rest room, I fall back to sleep more quickly. Works for me!
You can chew them as well, has no smell or taste, tastes like oily goodness. Yummy
Its just regular Vitamin E, hopefully it does its job. The size of the softgel is a little big, something to keep in mind if you can not tolerate big pills.
This is a good quality vitamin E supplement for a good price.

Reduced the number of pills I needed to take with this higher dose. It was definitely a bigger pill though.
