quality seems ok. not crazy about the taste, so use less water to get it down faster. ingredients seem spot on, age doesn't seem to be a factor. the composition is ok, but I think I'd prefer capsules., the package works great for storage. the benefit and effect of this is up for debate as I have noted little or no improvement in my knees.. so far it hasn't affected my diet, nor have I noted and deficiency.

I had the other unflavored version of this Peptides and this one tastes a lot better and mixes more smoothly in water. If you have problem with this clumping, you can mix it with your coffee or tea

I bought this item as a sample size and I like it's flavor and it's benefits. What I'm not a fan of is the after taste it goes off in my mouth and in the container I'm assuming to do with the type of collagen it is.
