The taste is really good compared to the other pre-workouts I’ve drank and the stim-free is really good for me as I workout after work and head home to sleep afterwards and the previous brands always made me stay up late:( highly recommend to those office girlies that workout on weekdays after work, and need to clock in the next day for their 9-5!
I’ve been really happy with Legion Athletics Pulse Stim-Free Pre-Workout in Fruit Punch. The flavor is refreshing without being too overwhelming, and I like that it gives me solid workout support without caffeine or jitters. It mixes well, tastes great, and is perfect for days when I want a boost without stimulants, especially for afternoon or evening workouts. Since having a baby, I’ve gotten very picky over what my family eats, and that includes our supplements. I love that Legion uses clean ingredients. This pump does the trick and I always have a good workout when I take it. I surprisingly don’t mind the flavor at all, it’s actually quite enjoyable - and I usually don’t like pre-workout supplements! Definitely buying again, but I’ll probably try more flavors
i work out at night so i needed a none caffeinated pre work out and this one might be pricey but its by far the best i tried , the taste is great too
I can’t really feel it. I used to use one with caffeine and it was better for me. But if you’re sensitive to caffeine I guess this should be good

I decided to eliminate caffeine from my routine, and this non-stimulant pre-workout was a great replacement. The reviews mentioning the tingling and itching sensations are accurate, but don’t let that discourage you. Initially, I used to chug the pre-workout before workouts, which was too much. I switched to sipping it and only added 8-10 mg to my bottle, which significantly reduced the tingling. Taking small sips between sets completely eliminated the tingling sensation.
Been looking for a stimulant free pre-workout and this is it. A great product that gives you everything you need for your workout. I take two scoops I feel a little tingle from beta alanine, so it works).
