Still try to feel the effect while on paper, I like it with berberine and taurine, though the content (3mg) is relatively lower than other products available.
I’ve been taking this supplement for a few weeks now and have definitely noticed a positive difference in my mental clarity and focus. I feel more alert during the day, especially in the late morning and early afternoon when I typically start to feel sluggish. It doesn’t make me jittery like coffee sometimes does — instead, it provides a steady sense of concentration and calm energy. Trying out this product. Wanted to buy another brand with higher dose but has never able to get hold of it. When notified its was all sold out in split second. However, this I think like good enough and need not such higher dose after all.

more and more studies are coming out about mitoprime which is good for your brain to keep it healthy as it ages. i got this for my husband to try as he has age related issues. it went on sale 40 percent off. yet to see any benefit but i assume it takes a while. he takes it after a meal and the berberine helps the digestive system hopefully it helps his energy levels. the brand seems good quality
Seems promising I got them on sale 40% off. they have mitoprime in them which seems to be the latest thing for health. it is a substance from mushrooms that helps recycle glutathione in the body and has other antioxidsnt properties. seems 25mg is a sweet spot for dosing. it also has berberine which helps carbs get digested. the package comes with 60 capsuls which is a months worth but you can halve the dose if you like and make it last a bit longer. havent seen this brand before but it seems quality. i trust iherb to choose good brands. too early to see benefits.
From a labels perspective the product looks promising with quality. It has patented ingredients and nicely sized pills. I'll update soon on the quality of the product when I try it for a week.
