This an amazing supplement Ive been taking it for at least 4 years now. If you’re trying to conceive consider adding this to your daily supplements. It helps with period cramps as well.

Good quality product with clean ingredients and a well-sealed package. I haven’t had the chance to use this Vitex yet, so I can’t speak about the benefits or ideal frequency. No strong scent, and since it’s not a tea, there’s no caffeine. Looking forward to trying this herbal blend soon!
