It's a simple seasoning great for chicken or potatoes . I like to put some butter on chicken and add the seasoning all over and bake. I use the drippings to make a nice gravy and the seasoning makes it taste flavorful. I used to make a seasoning with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. It has a very similar taste to this one and has similar ingredients. I like that I don't have to make the seasoning myself, but I'm not sure I'll need to buy it again if I can just make it myself.

I use this regularly on pan fried chicken, and it tastes great. It’s not exactly the same as Costco rotisserie chicken (which is the only kind available here), but it’s really close and just as good in my opinion. The size is great also, and will make many meals. The taste is good, not great. The size of the bottle is per say American size. So for some countries, it is not easy to use it up.

Coming from Europe, I’m used to rotisserie chicken seasonings that are heavy on herbs, paprika, garlic and salt – very savory, almost no sweetness at all. This one is definitely American-style: noticeably sweeter (brown sugar and maybe a touch of honey notes?), with warm spices like cinnamon or clove in the background.At first I was skeptical – “sweet on chicken?” – but after the first bite I was completely won over. The sweetness caramelizes beautifully in the oven or on the rotisserie, gives the skin that golden, slightly sticky crispness, and balances perfectly with the savory garlic, onion and pepper base. It’s a really nice change from my usual herb-heavy mixes. The whole family loved it – the kids even more than my “classic” version. Already used it three times in two weeks: once on a whole chicken, once on thighs, and once sprinkled on wings. Every time a winner.If you’re open to a sweeter, almost BBQ-ish take on rotisserie chicken, this stuff is fantastic. Definitely keeping it in the spice cabinet now!
