I use these for a pre-workout because I don’t like high stem pre-workouts. This is a clean caffeine pick me up, helps to support hydration throughout my workout. The caffeine content is quite high, so it keeps me going without crashing, and I don’t feel jitters or crash when I am done training. It’s quite strong. I suggest doing half a packet first in a water bottle just to see how your tolerance is. It’s efficient the qualities top-notch

Effect is fantastic but flavour of strawberry lemonade needs improvement

Did what they claim. These gave me the extra pep I was looking for on a 5 day backpacking trip in the Rockies. Only con was the bit of powder mix that didn't end up dissolving and getting a mouthful of chemically tasting grit in the last swig.

I liked the pre-workout; it's tasty and gives a good energy boost. Well-balanced.
