first few days of use are hard many side effects but afterwards it balances and effective. suggestion is taking it at morning but for me night use is better.
These tablets have the right dosage of 900mg as shown in the studies to be working well to improve Mood and from low to moderate depression It is quite big but shouldn't be a problem to swallow, the packaging is and it has no taste nor a smell.
Noticed some initial mood boost after taking for a few weeks but didn't last long term. I guess everybody is different and it could benefits others more. Positives are the high strength compared to other similar products
This St. John's Wort is good. I like the brand and use some other products. I like that it is a once a day dosage. It is a rather large tablet but easy for me to swallow. I will finish the bottle but will probably go back to using a different brand. I used to love the brand Kira and used it for years (made in Germany) but it is not available in the USA any longer.
There's always many variables at play with these types of vitamins but my husband and I have been taking it for a couple of months now and have seen an improvement in mood and overall wellbeing. Will continue for another couple of months to really see impacts
