I snagged these gummies to ADD to my current creatine consumption for fun on the go and to consume extra to assist my gym workouts. I mention this as it is NOT my only creatine consumption, and I can not rate it solely on creatine benefits. If you use this as your creatine consumption, eat 5/day. The gummies are a great taste, with a weird'ish texture - granulated - once you chew but to be expected. You are chewing creatine and it's dobale. Force Facotor gets a plus + plus from me for NOT using ugly sweeteners/colors like other brands. It's why I bought from them. I don't want 'purple color #17' or whatever in me. The fact that Force Factor does not use junk tells me they prioritize the quality of their ingredients. The added patented ginseng (AstraGin®) to aid absorption is cool and has studies to prove it aids absorption. But. Yeh. Heads-up, it makes ME pee more. Pee like a diuretic pee more. Like a racehorse pee. I keep very hydrated and consume lots of water, and this supplement has me emptying out day and night. It's on me for not reading the fine print and thinking that the '5 grams per serving' which is displayed on the front meant 1 gummy. It does not. So, you have to eat 1 gummie for every gram of creatine, that's a lot of gummies and a lot of sugar. The taste is fine but I won't buy these again.

I have been using these for about three weeks, so I don't know yet how effective they are but I really like the ease of being able to grab one of these. On the way out the door. They taste fine, texture is a bit weird, but no big deal. I will buy these again.

-Taste is fine although you can still taste the creatine granules as theyre not fully dissolved into the gummy. -Each gummy is around 1g of ingredient however its covered with sugar to cover the taste of the creatine (not working well) -size of each gummy is quite large and taking 5 to cover the 5g takes some chewing time lol making the packaging not very cost effective I usually take creatine on a daily basis for overall health and not only fitness related. Having said that, I'll stick to the powdered form as its less calories, and more cost efficient. Can't judge the quality of the product as it was just a change of the usual powdered form and I thought I'd give it a shot.

The flavour is fine, but the texture doesn't encourage me to eat too many. Meant to eat 5 a day but I usually only eat 2 to 3. I haven't tried any other creatine gummies so I can't compare. They're next to my computer, so instead of reaching for a snack when I'm peckish, I take these, so that's a win-win.

Can't stand how creatine powder tastes in water so I was excited to see that someone made a gummy version. The serving size is 5 gummies, so be prepared to feel a bit full. Tastes a lot better than I could have even hoped for, and I will definitely be buying it again.

Amazing quality with great packaging, non harmful ingredient and you can control your dose, size is ok with acceptable taste , I noticed a change in my general fitness and during my workout, you can feel the change within 15 days and get the best benefits from it within 30 days.

The creation taste great compared to other brands I have used. The price is great for both the quality and quantity.

Good tasting creatine gummies. A little too much sugar coating, but that’s my only complaint.
