Bought to help sleep
I bought this to help with my sleep at night along with L-Theanine and GABA. It didn't really help. I do have arthritis in my knee and it seemed to help with that a little as long as I took the three capsules together. But then I think it affected my digestive tract. (Bowels.) So I stopped taking it.

Bought this for a friend who was having some UTI issues.
