So glad IHerb started carrying these. King Trumpet mushrooms products can be harder to find. These mix well into milk when mixed with a frother. I do find they mix better with warm or hot milk than cold milk. Mostly organic ingredients and no gums or thickeners. This is not a sweet product so do not expect this make your milk turn into sweet chocolate milk.
