I make a chocolate peanut butter protein smoothie almost every day and had been using the chocolate flavor for 4 years which was great but made sense to try this flavor since I add peanut butter to my smoothie. Great taste just like the chocolate and vanilla flavors. So if you also add peanut butter to your chocolate smoothies, give this flavor a try!
One of the best plant proteins I’ve tried. Easy to digest, no chalky texture, and keeps me feeling energized without feeling heavy. Great after workouts or as a quick meal replacement. I also appreciate the clean ingredients and that it sits really well in my stomach. Will definitely buy again.
I don't like this flavor as much as I thought I would - to me it is way more chocolatey than peanut butter. That said, it is still good and I use it every day. Love that this product line has recovery ingredients added, like tart cherry.
The flavor is really nice and different from standard protein powders. It mixes reasonably well and works well after workouts or as a quick protein shake during the day. I also like that it is plant-based and feels lighter than some other proteins I have tried.

Based on my personal experience, Sunwarrior’s product line is far superior to California Gold’s brand, and switching has truly helped me achieve my workout and nutrition goals. I previously used the "Protein Classic Plus" variant, and I admit I was initially skeptical about this product—it seemed to have fewer protein sources and some unexpected ingredients, like black pepper. However, the texture is smoother and more to my taste, and the chocolate peanut butter flavor is absolutely fantastic! On top of that, I didn’t notice any drawbacks in terms of benefits, as this product still supports my workout goals while allowing me to maintain a plant-based diet. Additionally, when comparing the two, I found that the package and serving size of this product are larger, which adds to its overall value. Highly recommended!
I have been using sunwarrior products for a while and like their quality plant based ingredients. Their composition has been essential for my lifestyle and diet as a vegan to achieve my workout goals. The 1kg package size has been the most value for money so far. I do know other cheaper brands that I've experienced the good workout gains, but not dissolving well, bad taste, and not agreeing with my stomach etc really gives me less motivation to consume them consistently. The biggest benefit of thjs flavour of sunwarrior protein is how good it tastes, dissolves well, and doesn't make my stomach churn. As such, I am able to consistently add it to my unisoy hot soymlik to enjoy a nice hot chocolate-like drink and really enjoy it. Drinking it never feels forceful this way and I think this really goes a long way in keeping up with your nutritional and workout routines!
