I was so happy to find folate 400 mcg on iherb (and not that folic acid nonsense), even the price is great! I used it before I got pregnant for 3-4 months, 1 a day, both me and my husband, and I continued during the first trimester, I just doubled the dose (2x400 mcg) after the positive test. Great stuff!
