This very powerful B vitamin combination formula supplies most of the B vitamins in their coenzymated forms, so the body does not have to phosphorylate them in order to be used in biochemical reactions. I love this B vitamins. yes they're a little more higher priced that's because they are higher end quality. they have all the right type of B vitamins that are methylated. also it includes TMG in there which is needed to methylate as well

This complex has all the right forms of B vitamins, ensuring the best effect. I was a bit scared of the high dosage and whether it would cause an acne break out, since some reviews online claim to have their acne triggered by high intake of B12. Wasn't the case with this one though- my skin became even clearer, and most importantly the brain fog disappeared within a few weeks. My mood swings and nervous system overall got much better. Took it for 2 months and plan to take it for another 2 more months. The 2nd time I ordered it came in a different packaging that said "comprehensive" instead of the "coenzymated", but the compound's claimed to be the same.
