Both my husband and I take this supplement. I was told that I was deficient in Vitamins A and D so decided on this brand after much research. Just had my blood work done so we shall see if my levels have come up. I like the fact that it is in a lipid form and quite small, easy to swallow. It is pricey...I shopped around and found Iherb had the best price at the time.

I was able to replace 4 vitamin bottles in my stack with 1. I'm paying a little more, but this company makes high quality vitamins and the Vitamin E is in the more powerful form of Tocotrienols. It also has a little GG (Geranylgeraniol) which is rare. That is said to be helpful for people fighting osteoporosis. It also boots Co-Q10 synthesis and is said to be beneficial for people on statins, although 5mg is a tiny dose (150-300 mg is recommended).
