Dihydroberberine, 100 mg , 60 Capsules

Was very hesitant with starting this with all the talk surrounding berberine but it’s actually working. I feel different in my body, not as hungry and snacking has reduced heaps. It’s supposed to level out your blood glucose and keep them much more stable which I feel it’s doing and definitely not as hungry as I was before I started taking it. I take 1 before each big meal so that’s breakfast and dinner for me.

I am sure quality is great, I know how good is berberine, but I can't take original Berberine (500mg) because it messes my colon too much I want to try this one because it's only 100mg

highly absorbable, works very well. cut my cholesterol reading by half within just 3 months of usage. my previous blood work stated high LDL levels and using this supplement religiously helped increase my HDL and lower my LDL. I take just 1 capsule after my heaviest meal of the day. highly recommended

This is my second product from the Nutricost brand and I find that they have high quality ingredients. I like size of the capsules as they are small and easy to swallow with no taste. The dosage is also very easy to keep up with this has been a benefit to find since my regular brand was out of stock. I would prefer if it didn’t have any fillers and was just straight dihydroberberine.

Use this type of berberine if you want it to go systemic. The regular berberine is better for candida and gut health.

This new form of berberine is all the rave for being more bioavailable and with less gastrointestinal side effects. The size of the capsules are small and easily swallowed. I do think Nutricost needs to work on their consistency in labeling and pill-count, I have had issues with this before. Otherwise, great product for BG and lipid metabolism, as well as GI balance.

This is a great product. I’m sure I will order it again after I end the bottle. Also I can find anything I need in iHerb and it’s great I can order from Europe again. The quality is great. Also the size is perfect. All the ingredients are there. Also the dosage is the right one for the best benefits.
