I did some reading on this brand's creatine and found my research to reveal that it was a good product with quality ingredients. The only thing that got past me is that it includes stevia. That is on me, of course, but what it does is render it somewhat sweet. Good thing I don't mind a little bit of stevia, but I do wonder why a non-flavored creatine would include it. At any rate, this is a quality product and I can recommend it if you don't mind a slight-to-moderate sweetness.

I like this supplement because Creatine HMB combines creatine and HMB, which in my experience works great for building muscle and speeding up recovery after workouts. I use it to increase strength and endurance. I am happy with this product, it is helping me achieve my fitness goals.

An interesting supplement is Creatine HMB from Superior Source. HMB combined with creatine is great, they say this combination helps to recover better and build muscle. 248 grams is a decent amount, it will last a long time. Superior Source seems to be a good brand. I drink creatine myself, but I haven't tried it with HMB. I think it can be very effective for training.
