Quality ingredients like rice flour instead of sugar, powdered onto the gummy‘s to keep them separate from each other makes this another winner of high-quality from Gaia. You can’t taste the milk thistle, but the lemony flavour is fantastic. They make a nice treat to have around. I love the glass jar as packaging and will reuse it again.
This is another good Gaia product! I do wish the potency was higher and the calorie content a little lower for 2 gummies but I know their is quality behind this company!

I only take these on the weekends as I do "liver health" on S/S....supplements every day are too much for body and mind. These are good! I feel like they work better than powdered capsules but?? I trust Gaia even though they have become huge as a company, their herbal integrity still seems intact. Taste is great, not too sweet, etc.

Love this as a gummy, I can give to my kids and I really enjoy the lemon taste. It’s not the best tasting gummy but I’d rather eat it this way than as a tincture etc. it has a subtle health benefit to my liver and the milk thistle is wonderful for that. I love this brand, the ingredients and size, quality seems to be good.
