There are many supplements for menopause on the market, but I like this one because it's simple. One unexpected effect was that my bowel movements improved dramatically. I think this kind of effect is quite important because it improves the overall condition of the body.

The packaging is a bit too large for the amount of product, but this doesn't affect the supplement's effectiveness; it's more a question of environmental friendliness.
