i love "the curse" pre workout specially the blue raspberry flavor alot! it has many benefits. it gave me energy and boost in the gym and the effect hits fast! the ingredients are very clear. specially the Beta-Alanine which energize the muscle and keeps you going. i love it and would never change this brand whatsoever! planning to try new flavors though!! no regrets here!
