A lot of ingredients in preworkouts now just make me crash in the afternoon. This was a good one that has a few simple active ingredients, and no taurine or choline (both of which make me tired). I have Peach Mango, Sweet Melon, and Watermelon. My only gripe is that id like to buy the sour peach, blue raspberry, and one more I cant remember, but they all have dye in them. I wish they didnt. My only other wish is that they used stevia instead of sucralose, but Ill buy the sucralose (sometimes. I cut it out for long stretches of time due to the havoc it wreaks on gut health). I wont buy the ones with dye, though.
The quality of this pre-workout is solid, and it gives a fast kick of energy that really helps with my workout performance. The efficiency is noticeable — it hits quickly and keeps me focused through the session. However, the taste is extremely sweet, which might not be for everyone. Overall, a good option if you want quick energy and don’t mind the sweetness.
Older curse was much better, not sure what they did to this, but they halved the servings and kept it at the same price, kind of disappointing, this was one of the og pre workouts and it’s a shame was jinx sports has done to this label
