I have read that Ubiquinol is easier for the body to absorb than other forms of ubiquinone. As a pescatarian, I avoid gelatin in my supplements. This is the best value product that fulfills my requirements.
My GP recommended Q 10 and after doing some research I learned that for my age (mid 40s) ubiquinol is the best, most bio available form. I compared many brands and decided to give this one a try. It'll be some time before I see results, but so far I'm happy with this product.
