I used to take nmn supplement now I switch to NAD plus. I will toggle between supplements to see which works for me so far I think this works well. I’m not very sure whether it’s a magnesium that I’ve been taking or this either way I will continue for a few months and see how it goes.

I've repurchased this a few times. I find that I have more energy when I use it and it's very easy to take. It's a bit annoying that it's only 21 days and not a months worth in one bottle. I sometimes only take one a day as too much vitamin b will make me flush. Overall - I notice a difference in mood and energy and will keep on buying for the longevity benefits :)
