It's comfortable and I have no issue using this pad. The glue is strong enough to stick on the undergarment. They are pack individually, thin but the packaging size is about the size of a men’s wallet. Good packaging and a company that advocates zero plastic and organic, which is safe and ethical for everyone to use.

I've been loyal to Natracare pads for their pure organic cotton, no artificial colors, scents, or chemicals that could irritate or affect health long-term. They feel gentle and clean, making them my top choice for use during those days. That said, while they claim "super" absorbency for menses, they're not ideal for very heavy flows. If you're changing more than 6 pads a day during intense periods, you might need something stronger. Great for moderate needs, though!
