Very solid pre with good amounts of basic essintial stuff for pre workouts not doing too much but the powder is alot the scoop is big not t at big of a deal but would be nicer if it's smaller
Tbh it dose int taste the best I don’t understand the point in putting creatine in a pre workout, I think id recommend to buy the normal version of the per and not the charged version since they have caffeine which is the main thing you should look for in a pre, and the taste of course.

I’ve been using THIS pre-workout for a few weeks before my workouts and overall I’m happy with the results. It mixes easily with water and has a nice flavor, not too sweet or artificial. I usually take it about 20–30 minutes before training and feel a noticeable energy and focus boost during my session — especially on strength and HIIT workouts.

Amazing pre workout overall! It is very efficient and high quality and the taste is alright. However, if you are sensitive to caffeine, you might want to take less than a scoop because it is very potent.
