I was afraid that because of my gastritis i would not be able to take this produsct as i am sensitive to menthol. But the ingredients are well chosen and i was able to tolerate and take tablets almost daily. I live the fact that it promotes healthy oral microbiome which is important for healthy gut and body.
I take it in the evening after brushing right before bed as instructed. On the days that I take it, next morning I wake up with a clear throat and no phlegm. (Sometimes I wake up with that condition not knowing why.) I think it’s a good product. Taste is pleasant.
I’ve had a long journey with low grade infected root canals. They’ve all been removed and this product coupled with a few of their others, seems to be helping get things turned around.

We’ve tried other Oral probiotics and they were hard to chew. This one is much easier, isn’t chalky. Tastes good. Been using for about a year. A little pricey but worth it.
