These are my favorite caramel shakes! I use them as the milk in my iced coffee and they taste delicious. They are the perfect size for a quick drink in their own as well! The quality is also part of the reason I choose Quest, because the ingredient list is not horrible. iHerb is the only place I can find them for a reasonable price.
The flavors are pretty meh, and there’s that typical protein aftertaste. They’re convenient for on-the-go, but not something I’d go out of my way to buy again.
I was honestly impressed with this one. Right from the first sip, the taste and smell scream salted caramel. It's smooth, has that nice milky aftertaste, and feels really satisfying. That said, it's pretty sweet, so if you're not into sweeter drinks, this might feel a bit much. The macros are great for a ready-to-drink shake: only 3g of carbs, 1g of sugar, and a solid 30g of protein for 170 calories. Of course, being a premade shake, it's pricier than using protein powder, but the convenience makes it perfect for tossing into a bag and drinking on the go. Plus, the 325 ml size is just right and filling enough without being too heavy. One small heads-up: it does contain gellan gum, which can cause a bit of bloating for some people. And the sucralose isn’t ideal either; I'd rather see a cleaner sweetener used. Overall, super tasty, super convenient, and definitely something I might grab again on sale.

smells of caramel but it tastes too sweet for me. ingredients are minimal which was why i bought it. anothr plus is its sugar free. packaging is in resealable tetrapak. convenient size to put in bag. however the taste is lacklustre compared to many othr brands of protein shake i have tried. its also a bit watered dwn to qualify as a milkshake
