I've used AI to compare ingredients from several amino acid products. AI always comes back to this being the best for what I want (not for post workout but rather daily supplement). I just wish it tasted a little better like Gh0st or some other product. Unless I drink it cold (like they instruct), I really struggle with the taste. Great product though, Since I live abroad, I just wish packaging was design to better handle extreme temperatures as to not impact the integrity of the product.

Perfect Amino is a great product. Good quality. Wonderful ingredients to support protein and has huge benefits for muscles, for training and older people who need more of these in their diet. It’s just the taste in this composition and even the smell. I live in a warm climate and wonder if it just doesn’t keep well.

Dr Minkoff has had much success using this formula personally and for his patient population. Many have trouble digesting protein and as people age more protein is needed. To allow the body to access the aminos to bump up reserves, this fills the gap nicely. Also very pleasant tasting if you don't mind stevia. Love it.

It’s a really easy convenient way to ensure that I am getting all my essential amino acids. Not sure what flavour I prefer, but I think on my next round I will try a new flavour other than the chocolate and strawberry.

The dietician wanted me to have a minimum of 40g of protein every day. I am now on 2 scopes plus 5 tablets every day. Slowed down my muscle loss. I am looking for a turning point where I build muscle mass 💪.

I don’t consume this daily but only after hiking, Pilates or yoga sessions where there’s muscle resistance involved. My muscles still feel sore the next day after an intense workout but it recovers faster now. I like that this taste nice and does not break a fast.
