I don’t take it every day but only when I know I will need to have a bigger meal or meals when high sugar. I think it’s working quite well. However I think the pill is a bit too big. Would be nice if it can be made smaller
Not only does this help with cravings I also find that when I have something sweet it doesn't really taste that sweet so it's easier to just have a bite and not have the whole bag! I know they are a quality product from having used other Source Naturals products that have worked for me in the past.
