I particularly like the broad vitamin E profile in this product. Each softgel provides 400 IU of vitamin E together with 565 mg of mixed tocopherols, including an impressive 440 mg of gamma-tocopherol, plus beta and delta tocopherols and a small amount of mixed tocotrienols. The softgels are convenient to take and the 120-count bottle provides a good supply. Very pleased with this formulation.
