Loaded Protein, Little Debbie® Cosmic® Brownies, 2.2 lb (1,002 g)

Overall good but not the best taste it’s good but it’s not full of flavour

my bf loves ryse protein powder and this was my first time giving iherb a shot! i absolutely loved how quick it was and it was shipped nicely to my door :) quality & size looks great but ill let my bf be the judge. he loves how ryse tastes so im sure itll go well

This might be one of my favourite chocolate flavour of any chocolate proteins I've tried. I think it's biggest contender would be PEScience Chocolate Truffle.

Really like the idea of having Little Debbie's in a shake. Although the consistency of mixing based on the recommended amount of liquid leaves it on the thicker side compared to other variants I've tried, the taste is great, even if I added more than recommended liquid (mainly almond milk). Would suggest taking it with water as it's already packed with flavour as it is.

I tried the marshmallow one the. Got this one, Still love the taste, but marshmallow tops then all imo, the size is as usual as is the quality and composition of the ingredients, package arrived safely, and undamaged. Arguably the best protein shake brand out there. 10/10 highly recommended Very nice

I’ve been using the Ryse Cosmic Brownie Protein Powder for several months now, and it’s become a favorite in my supplement routine. As someone who appreciates both taste and quality, this protein powder has consistently delivered. Taste: The flavor is reminiscent of the classic Little Debbie Cosmic Brownies—rich chocolate with colorful candy bits. It’s indulgent without being overly sweet, making it a delightful treat post-workout or as a snack. Texture & Mixability: This protein powder blends smoothly with both water and milk, creating a creamy shake without any chalkiness. The inclusion of mini candy pieces adds a fun texture, enhancing the overall experience. Nutritional Profile: Each serving provides 25g of protein sourced from whey isolate and concentrate, along with added prebiotic fiber and MCTs. This combination supports digestion and provides a steady energy boost. Digestibility: I’ve found this protein powder to be gentle on the stomach, with no bloating or discomfort, which is a common issue with some other brands. Overall: The Ryse Cosmic Brownie Protein Powder offers a delicious flavor, smooth texture, and solid nutritional benefits. It’s a product I look forward to using daily and will continue to repurchase.

They've done very well at creating a protein powder that doesn't sacrifice flavour and texture, but you really have to have a sweet tooth to enjoy this one. I mixed a couple of scoops with 16floz of water (the upper end of the packaging recommendation) and 5g of unflavoured creatine, shook up until well blended and ended up with a decently thin milkshake. I'll probably not buy again but will finish the tub and try another RYSE flavour. One snag I only just noticed was palm oil in the ingredients list, so definitely be mindful of that.

Great! Tastes like sweet brownies with a rich, indulgent flavor. It mixes easily with milk or water, and there's no chalky aftertaste. Perfect for satisfying a sweet tooth while getting in some quality protein. Definitely a fun and delicious option for anyone who loves brownies

I recently purchased this product from iHerb, and I am thoroughly impressed. The item was exactly as described, matching every detail provided on their website. It's always reassuring when a product lives up to its description. Not only is the product of excellent quality, but the service from iHerb was outstanding. The delivery was incredibly fast, arriving well ahead of the estimated time. Their efficient shipping process made the entire experience smooth and hassle-free. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my purchase from iHerb. They truly deliver on their promises, and the product itself has exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend iHerb to anyone—you won’t be disappointed!

I think the taste is too sweet, but ice cold water will definitely make it better! Quality wise, I’d say it’s a good composition, mixes well, and no weird texture. The ingredients in this is good, didn’t upset my stomach at all. The size is huge, will last me at least a month, and packaging wise, it wasn’t that good but it didn’t break so that’s good I guess.
