Where do fish get there omega’s? Algae! This is omega’s straight from the algal source. The EPA and DHA are in the right ratios too. We take a capsule once every 3 days or so and get the rest of our omega’s from our diet of chia, flax, walnuts, hemp seeds, avo’s, etc. Easy to swallow and with NO fishy taste or smell. Highly recommend!
