I just love this product. I first stumbled onto it in a sample packet at Sprouts. I at the time had the worst anxiety was on a extreme amount of a RX drug that starts with a A ends in N . I hated it and knew the long term affects were not good. This supplement allowed me to detox slowly off the RX and on to it. I will forever have this with me to help me navigate anxiety. I sm over 4 years off the RX drug and still have side affects from it's use. This product is large but worth getting over that for the benefit. The price is great. Quality outstanding. Worth giving a try if you have anxiety.

I have fibromyalgia and suffer from brain fog as well as anxiety and depression, so when a friend of mine recommended this product I thought I would give it a try. Although the tablets are very large comparable to a big multivitamin pill they seem to be coded in something that helps them go down more easily, and this really does make a difference. when taking this supplement I am noticeably more focused and task oriented. I also feel less anxious and more able to motivate myself to complete tasks I might otherwise avoid. The quality of this product is good, and I notice a definite benefit from taking it.

The first thing I want to say is that this is an excellent way to increase your magnesium intake. Personally, I am usually deficient in magnesium, so this supplement is important to me. I always feel more calm after taking it. It takes the edge off of my anxiety. I keep it on hand all the time. The tablets are rather large, so if you have trouble swallowing pills, this may not be the one for you, but if not, try it.

I didn't notice an immediate difference when I started taking this for my cortisol levels and general feelings of overwhelm and anxiety, but as I've consistently taken it over time, I have noticed a general improvement in my overall mood and irritability levels. I think it works well in conjunction with my anti-anxiety/depressant to help level me out as I tend to be more stressed and high strung as a default. I would def recommend it.

A year and half ago I bought this, I was desperate due to a very complicated medical profile, so me as a doctor wasn't thinking, it was me as a patient, very desperate one. Reviewing a medication have been always silly and harmful, in our case here we have an experiment not a medication! I really had no idea what was I thinking back then, I had terrible side effects, my epilepsy relapsed because of this, and still have a bottle and half of disappointment, in the picture is a sealed bottle I still have. Don't take this without a doctor consult, and do a comprehensive research if you have any chronic medical conditions.

As an anxious person and also suffer from Adult ADHD, that was a game changer for me, for slowing my brain hurricane and smoothing my thoughts for clear thinking.

I used to take melatonin, but it's now banned to be shipped to my country, so this was recommended as replacement option. It doesn't really help me sleeping. Just don't feel anything at all when I take it. I've been taking it for at least 2 weeks every evening, doesn't seem to work for me, I might have a different problem, not what these ingredients are targeting.

These are so incredibly calming. I took them at first after work before driving home- I do not recommend that. I felt way too calm that I almost pulled over. Ingredients are clean, great quality company. Not sure what type of magnesium is in this but may have a mild laxative effect that I have noticed so far. overall really like and rely on.
