Herb Pharm Artichoke is a quality product with clean ingredients. The benefits of artichokes are well known & proven to work. The taste is very mild & the dosage is reasonable to use often. This is made with alcohol so be aware of that. I'll probably buy the larger size next time as it's more cost effective.
I take this with the ginger oil for bloating and discomfort. I mix a dropper into 2 ounces of lemon water. Since I take it with the ginger, the taste is not bad since I like ginger. It is organic and I am happy with the quality and the ingredients are pure.
Have been giving this to my daughter, just few drops before the meals to jump start her liver and gal bladder. I love artichoke and this one tastes yummy in liquid formula. Highly recommend
I bought this because I want to titrate up very slowly, as I found when taking a whole capsule it was too much for me. With this product I can take just 1 drop for a very mild effect and work up from there. I love the pure alcohol extraction which isolates the active components. The alcohol form goes straight to the liver which I also love.
