Tried berberine because everyone says it helps natural glp1 pathways. Not sure about that but it can help curb cravings. Great deal. Not too expensive. Can make your stool a bit lose if you have a sensitive stomach.

For my PCOS, Bererine is needed. It doesn't taste anything and it's easy to swallow. I can see it's been helping out with my PCOS symptoms helping my metablism and reducing my glucose level.
