Coenzymate™ B Complex, Orange , 120 Lozenges

Have only used 2 days Do notice subtle increase in energy, sense of wellbeing and increased appetite...have had little for over a year. However, although taste is acceptable, these dissolve very slowly and although they are round, the edges are a bit sharp in a small mouth I will probably try the much touted cream delivery system next.

i'm not sure this did anything for me. I was hoping it would taste good, but it tastes exactly like what the powder in a B complex capsule tastes like. it is sour/bitter so I haven't used it as much as I had hoped because the taste is harsh. Better to swallow it.

this was the only chewable b complex that had the absorbable types of b vitamins. I would of liked to have seen more b6 (p5p) in it but am greatful im consuming the types my body can actually use and wont cause me harm. the chewable format makes me more likely to take them every day

Chewable B is not always great tasting, but this one is okay. It’s easier than swallowing pills all of the time to ensure I’m getting enough Bs and in a good form.

I usually get nauseas from taking certain pills, even other Conenzymated B pills, but this is easy on the tummy and the taste is Ok. Works for me :)

Easy to take and pleasant tasting. Still too early to tell if they’re making a difference but at least they’re nice to use.
