Schisandra Adrenal Recharge™, 60 Tablets

I heard about shishandra on the huberman podcast and it was a first time hearing of it. Ordered at the end of last year but only started taking it this week. Will be 52 yrs old and currently experiencing all the menopause symptoms .. I’ve also worked out a lot less the past year going from very active to less active and struggling with motivation .. k purposely only tried this product this week on its own .. did my first workout in a month and unintentionally took 2tabs before my work out .. well I completed a full 30 min Tabata and still had energy all day .. even got in my 10000 steps ! Excited to see what will happen this week! But it’s a yes for me 🤗

Works well for me. If i am stressed and unable to sleep well i took 2 tablets and the next morning i felt well. There is some burning sensation in the tummy taking in the middle of the night unlike in the day. I guess this feeling is because the adrenal is being recharged.

I'm trying this out but I don't always remember to take it daily. Haven't noticed any changes yet nor side effects. There's a herbal lady that I follow on instagram and she raves about schisandra and it's many benefits for women as they age. That's why I decided to start taking this. So far it's good...

these are amazing! I take them with my adrenal glandulars and they really help with energy, stamina, and the dizziness/light headedness that can accompany running with your candle burning on both ends. they are a larger pill but are easily cut in half if swallowing is an issue. very mild flavor.
