Dihydro Berberine+, 60 Vegan Capsules

I have tried the top rated standard Berberine (for weight loss) from this site, then read up on Dihydroberberine and tried this and what a huge difference. It’s hard to believe this product isn’t rated much higher because this has changed my life, I have lost more weight in two weeks than I did with standard Berberine over 2 months. I reached for this one as I had read that Dihydroberine is much more-5/6 times more effective and powerful than regular berberine so time will tell as I just started on this yesterday and took only one. I have big hopes for this and as you know berberine is an AMPK metabolic Activator so I am hoping that it works well with Life Extensions AMPK Metabolic Activator for a powerful synergestic effect. Time will tell and I will update after a month of trying it out!

Wanted to give berberine a try to help with blood sugar levels. Read that this version of berberine even at lower dosage amounts is more beneficial than the usual berberine. I haven’t noticed any difference in blood sugars but I did experiment and it seems to blunt sugar spikes from “naughty” food. Turns my pee bright almost neon yellow though.. and gave me diarrhoea the first few days.. not sure if it’s just me.

The jury is still out on whether this product wirks as hyped. I'm still working through the bottle I ordered a few weeks back. I know these types of products take time to work through the body. I'll keep taking it, until the end of the year, to give it a dair chance.

the expiry date only had 6 months left on it which isn't ideal but other than that seems to be a good product. the best way to check if a product like this is really working though is getting a regular blood check before and after so make sure you do that!

Good easy delivery so far no nasty tummy side effects and easy to take once a day. Too early to say if its working but it does seem to dull cravings for me

Slightly pricier than other dihydroberberine products but it has a high dose and also the addition of Ceylon cinnamon which is nice. Overall great product
