The taste is like baby food or apple pie, i take one table spoon in the morning on empty stomach, in the begining i feel some nausea but after that i didn’t feel anything, i didn’t notice any improvment i think i need more than one jar to notice, i wiil continue to order it. However, if you’re taking larger servings, it might finish quicker. Price: Considering the quality of ingredients and the clean formulation (no weird additives), I think the price is fair. But if they offered slightly larger jars or bundle options at a small discount, it would be even better.

I used 3 bottles of this sea moss, I loved it so much, it comes in great size and quality, it was very beneficial for me, it helped my gut so much and I used to suffer from iron deficiency and other vitamins but after taking this I went for another test and I was surprised that it helped me to get better because it has minerals that every body needs it.
