My naturopath recommended creatine as and addition to my diet for long covid and Nutricost has been a reliable brand of quality. I've used the unflavored one in the past and have found its benefits helpful. This blue raspberry has quite a sweet taste so if one prefers the sweetness, this will offer that.
The quality is below average. I don't enjoy how frequently you have to take it. It tastes overly sugary. I feel a very slight difference after taking it for a month, but not much. It is near the bottom on my list of creatine that I have tried. I would recommend a different product.
