I like to keep the area around my under eyes moisturized to help prevent fine lines and wrinkles. This stuff feels so nice and gently cooling. I put it on in the morning sometimes, or throughout the day when I don’t have makeup on. I’m not sure how it would do on top of makeup, but you could probably use your fingertip to pat it on gently. This hasn’t caused any irritation or issues with delicate skin around the eyes. It’s super easy to put on when you need a quick boost of hydration.
