I have previously consumed red mecha that came from Peru from a company called Time Health There is nothing to compare to on the product It is not explicitly stated that it is from Peru It is very possible that it comes from China and there the quality is much lower I have read articles about mecha from China There is nothing to compare I contacted the company and they are not responding For your information

I use this red maca with black pepper extract for better absorption. I have perimenopausal symptoms, insomnia, sweating, both during the day and at night.
