These enzymes are entirely from bacterial sources which means more than good quality. For me these are the best digestive enymes i can notive the difference has read for thse over 50 these are an added benifit i take with meals u might get loose stool ate the begining but this goes over time i like the product and willbuy again

These Enzymes have Protease to break down Protein; Lipase to break down fat; Amylase to break down carbs; and Lactase to break down sugar. Just what I was looking for.

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that sometimes I forget to take them with meals, and that reduces their effectiveness.
