Ashwagandha+, 120 Capsules

Toniiq’s Ashwagandha + impresses me with its quality, which seems consistent across the brand’s product line. The ingredients, particularly the concentrated ashwagandha extract, are claimed to help with stress management and relaxation, and so far it’s been beneficial to my daily routine. Each capsule’s size is quite standard, so I don’t find it hard to take. The recommended dosage—usually one or two capsules per day—fits neatly into my morning or evening routine. As for the benefit, I’ve noticed a calmer, more balanced mood, which is exactly what I was hoping for. Plus, the capsules are essentially tasteless, making them very easy to swallow without any lingering taste.

I was intrigued by the high withanolide content (25%), which is much stronger than most ashwagandha supplements, but somehow, I didn’t feel as calm or grounded compared to other brands I’ve used. It may be too concentrated or stimulating for those who are sensitive. I noticed slight irritability and restlessness after a few days of use, which I didn’t experience with KSM-66 or Sensoril extracts. Quality seems good, and the capsule design is clean and minimalist, but for me personally, it just didn’t deliver the soothing adaptogenic effects I was looking for.

I’ve been using this for a couple of weeks and noticed a gradual improvement in mood and stress resilience. I like that it’s high-potency and lab-tested. Just be patient—it’s not an instant effect, but worth it over time. Impressive quality and strong ingredient concentration – you can really feel it working after consistent use. Helped me with sleep and stress. The capsule size is easy to take and has no aftertaste. Definitely one of the better ashwagandha options I’ve tried.

I have not noticed any difference after 3 weeks of use of Toniiq Ashwagandha+ 25%, from KSM-66®, which is another method of extracting ashwagandha with less withanolides in the range of 10%. Not saying this does not work, just saying that I see no noticeable effects from that other option. I wish they shared the third-party tests they claim. Only reason I scored this at 4.

Once I learned how many herbs, like this one are lipophilic, I have had a much better response to the use of ashwagandha. I haven't tried other brands with that knowledge, but I'm completely hooked on this one!
