I've been using it for a couple of weeks and i have noticed a slight increase in energy and less fatigue. howvever, not sure if it is only due to this or a mix of other supplements i'm taking. but it is a good product so far.

It's difficult to find something better than this. Ultra concentrated form means a bigger concentration of active ingredients. One tablet is enough. I take it everyday.
