I got this for my wife. It definitely helped her a lot with stress. Whenever she takes it she feels relaxed within half an hour. I waned to buy it in tea form, but it wasn't available. But, still as a supplement, the benefits are still there. We are trying many products, but I'll likely buy this a gain in the future. It also makes her a bit sleepy. This doesn't last too long, so it's of no concern. If that's why you bought it, just take before bed.

I really love this and plan to get more! Small size but a little dry so have to drink more water to swallow. The taste of ingredient is pleasant too. I took 1 instead of 2 pills dosage and I can feel the relaxation benefit effect. Makes me less agitated when stressed.
